     A home inspection provides you with an opportunity to learn about the condition of the numerous systems that make up a home. If you're not familiar with a particular system or item you'll have the opportunity to learn about it so you can properly use and maintain it. This is why we strongly encourage you to attend the inspection. This will give you a chance to ask questions and become familiar with the systems of the home. The inspection process typically takes 2 to 3 hours for a house, 1 to 2 for a condo. A report will be created based on the findings during the inspection that is emailed to you and any other parties that you specify.
